For verified law enforcement and government

Hands-on dark web investigations training.
At your own pace.

Officers and analysts work real investigative tradecraft in a closed training range that behaves like the dark web, from a secure browser workspace. Every step is scored as they go, and they finish with a certificate anyone can verify.

  • 60 days of access per seat
  • Self-paced in any modern browser
  • Verified government users only
  • From $895 per seat

What your people practice

Not slides and videos. Each scenario puts the learner in front of a case and a range of hidden services to work it.

Investigate hidden services

Find, navigate and assess onion sites, markets and forums inside a closed range built for training. Nothing a learner does touches live criminal services.

Work under a cover identity

Each session runs in an isolated workspace with its own network path. Learners build and keep a persona consistent the way they would on a real case.

Operational security, scored live

Leaking a real IP, exiting from the wrong place or breaking the persona costs points the moment it happens, so the habit is learned before it matters.

Collect and preserve evidence

Capture what they find and document it so it would stand up: what was seen, when, where, and a record of how it was collected.

Scored on what matters

Tradecraft, OPSEC, collection and documentation are scored separately, with hints available at a cost. Scores show where each person needs work.

Certificate anyone can verify

Each certificate carries a code. Supervisors, prosecutors and records offices can confirm it at a public verification page.

How it works

  1. 1

    Your agency buys seats

Request a quote below. Pay by purchase order with a net 30 invoice, or by agency card.

  2. 2

    Your coordinator hands them out

A training coordinator at your agency assigns each seat to an officer's work email and can see everyone's progress.

  3. 3

    Officers verify and sign in

They confirm a government email address, accept the acceptable use terms and set up two-factor sign-in.

  4. 4

They train on their own schedule

60 days of access from the day they start. Coordinators can ask us for more time for anyone who needs it.

  5. 5

    They earn a certificate

A certificate with a verification code, ready for a training file.

Questions

Who can enroll?

Sworn law enforcement and government personnel. Each learner verifies a government email address (.gov, .mil, or a state or local government domain). Agencies that use another email domain are verified by our team before their officers can start.

Do officers need special equipment or software?

No. Everything runs in a modern web browser on an agency computer. Lab sessions run on our infrastructure, not on the officer's machine.

Does training touch the real dark web?

No. Scenarios run in a closed training range on an isolated network. Learners practice against realistic hidden services built for training, not live criminal sites.

How long is access?

Sixty days per seat, starting the day the officer redeems their training key. Seats that have not been redeemed do not start counting down. If someone needs more time, your coordinator can request an extension.

How do we pay?

By purchase order with a net 30 invoice, or by agency credit card. Request a quote and we will send a formal quote your purchasing office can use.

How does a supervisor or court confirm a certificate?

Every certificate carries a code. Enter it at learn.ledgrsystems.com/verify to see who it was awarded to, the course and the date, or whether it has been revoked.

How is support handled?

By email. Learners can send a question from inside the Academy, and our team replies, usually within one business day.
